Now with improved knobs! This router jig assists in making mortises on the edge of boards. No longer will you have to try and balance a heavy router on a narrow surface and risk going off course or out of plum. With a top made of 3/8" cast acrylic and fences of 3/4" HDPE, this jig will keep your mortises true. Mark the center of your board and line up the guide line to route down the center, or mark your mortise’s width and line up your bit to the edge of the line. adjust the fence boards accordingly, tighten the knobs, and you are ready to route. Available with and without dust collection fittings.

The fences will accommodate boards between 1/2” and 5 1/2” thick.
